Sales support provided by Access to its Dealers

Access Accounting has an office-based internal sales team equipped to provide guidance on pricing, general sales, marketing and lead management issues.

Our Dealer Sales Managers (DSM's) are field-based and responsible for the account management of resellers within their areas. Specific responsibilities include:

Product support provided by Access to its Resellers

Access Accounting has a hot-line team available to answer queries in relation to operating the standard software. Unlimited hot-line support is available to resellers' staff on each module for which the caller has passed the relevant Access Accounts training course.

We also have a technical service hot-line team for providing answers to your technical staff in relation to installation of standard Access Accounts software on approved configurations of hardware and operating systems.

Product support provided to Users

Resellers provide full support services, of an exceptionally high standard, to the User. This quality is fully maintained and monitored by Access Accounting Ltd. Access Accounting expert staff will back up dealers support of their end users by special request.

Training

Access Accounting runs training courses throughout the year at its modern training facility. There are over 30 days of courses available, all designed to equip resellers' staff for selling, installing and supporting Access Accounts software.

Access Partner Programmes

Access Accounting tiers its resellers according to various criteria designed to ensure their success. We recognise and reward our dealers based on the numbers and qualifications of staff who have passed Access Accounting training. We are more interested in quality than quantity.

It is envisaged that as resellers grow in size and expertise they will move up through the Access Accounting reseller structure, opening up new sales and profit opportunities as they grow with our support.

Specialist Centres - Businesses with a high level of commitment to Access Accounts software solutions, which sell and support Access Accounts LAN Software.

Specialist Support Centres - Specialist Centres that have committed to provide full-time hotline support and upgrade services to all their clients for Access Accounts LAN Software.

Development Centres - Specialist Support Centres that have the programming expertise to amend certain parts of the Access Accounts LAN Software, interact with external databases or offer web integration.

Dimensions Partners - Businesses with a high level of commitment to the Access Accounts software solutions that are qualified to sell, install, train and support the full range of Access Client/Server Software.

Dimensions Development Partners - Businesses that have a qualified programming resource to enable them to make certain amendments to the range of Access Client/Server Software, interact with external databases or offer web integration.

In addition, Access Accounting has Territory Partners located throughout the world providing the same levels of quality service and software solutions in their own countries.
