Rational moved towards Access Accounts because it needed to keep track of all its ovens in the UK.

Before, I used to have to try to find a file that was never there. Eventually two days later when I found it, I had to photocopy the contents. It was pretty archaic.”<br>

Access’ ability to trace serial numbers by stock record, customer, supplier or batch enables us to do this, giving us real control. Lots of software packages have Drill Down in the financials but few packages can handle serial numbers let alone Drill Down to them.”
