MotivAction was searching for a system that provided the framework for tight management of the company’s finances by the timely provision of high quality business information. “The ability to produce good quality reports with current information is what attracted MotivAction to Access Accounts” said Finance Director Dave Buxton. “Tight project control is crucial for profitability and Access’ Costing can be updated automatically from all the other modules to give us the entire picture. We have 70 people using the software and as an events company handling a thousand events a year we had to move from our previous system to a more progressive package like Access Accounts. We looked at 7 or 8 packages and Access Accounts had the best features to benefit us such as Costing and front end Reporting. We now have the quality of information to cope with the demand of juggling so many events at the same time.”
