I just click on CashBook and then press Reconcile. A display button comes up and I click on that and it pulls through all outstanding transactions. You then just click on the Yes Toggle button to match up with your bank statement. Click on OK then you can enter a statement reference if you want. Click OK again and it will update all the transactions and everything is done,” he said.
