This format, pioneered by Crown, has become the benchmark for all of today’s large-scale shareholder meetings. 75% of its work is live events. The remainder is video conferences.
Accounts Supervisor Margaret Muir is a great believer in the Access method of tracking accounts. “In the Access Purchase Ledger when I am putting an invoice on I don’t have to close one month down to open another. It segregates invoices into proper months. You raise the invoice and pay it straight away in one action. Access allows you to allocate and pay at the same time. As a simple example if we have paid upfront for an item when I enter the invoice I can allocate it against the pre-payment without waiting. Access is certainly a smooth operator.”
