Sales Researcher Liz Griffin said, “The Access Accounts Prospects feature stores a prospect company’s details at the same level of detail as customer records. It treats customers as prospects for direct mail campaigns and you can write to both types of record at the same time. It is so much easier to use than our old system and now when a customer rings up we can edit and update any information on the phone as we talk to them.”
