Company Director Sara Godfellow asked an Access Accounting custom house to write her a programme for her sophisticated mailing list needs.

“As our customers are intermittent and infrequent they may not contact us for years. Therefore I may need to view the sale of stock items from as far back as 1990. Using the Stock Control Module of Access Accounts I am able to produce an analysis of all transactions highlighting sales in the period. I can display sales value and effect a Simple Search. Using the All Years option and entering both the Stock Code range and the data range Access Accounts produces a report detailing exactly what I have sold since 1990. Access Accounts has certainly streamlined the entire process for us,” she said.
